A coach has to be safe to be useful. Klemento was built for the worst-case data breach: even then, there is no transcript and no identifiable name to leak.

Raw transcripts are never stored.

We process. We score. We anonymise. We bin the original. Only the structured, anonymised output ever lands in our database.

Names are anonymised before storage.

Hybrid scrubbing. A regex pass strips emails, phones, URLs and IBANs. Claude is then instructed to anonymise any quoted moments. No raw names persist.

Personal, not managerial.
